What Happens When You Delete Your Seller Account?

• Permanent Deletion: All your seller data, store details, product listings, and payment information will be permanently removed from Coaxlure’s systems. This action cannot be reversed.
• Transaction Record Backup: A complete backup of your past transaction records will be sent to your registered WhatsApp number and email ID before deletion is finalized.
• Invoice Delivery: All invoices linked to your seller account will be emailed to your registered email ID.
• Access Removal: You will no longer be able to log in, manage transactions, or retrieve seller data once the account is deleted.
• Active Orders: All active orders, payouts, or dispute cases must be completed or resolved before your account can be deleted.

How to Request Seller Account Deletion

Seller account deletion is processed manually to ensure secure verification.

Follow These Steps:

1. Send an email to: merchant.support@coaxlure.com
2. Use the subject line: Request to Delete My Coaxlure Seller Account
3. Include the following details in your email:
   • Your full name (as per seller profile)
   • Your registered email address
   • Your registered WhatsApp number
   • Your store name
   • A confirmation message that you understand the consequences of deleting your account
4. Attach a screenshot of your seller dashboard (optional, but helps in faster verification).

Our team will respond within 48 hours and proceed with verification before initiating the deletion process.

Important Notes for Sellers

• Seller account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• Ensure all payouts are cleared before submitting the deletion request.
• All your invoices and transaction backup will be shared with you before deletion.
• If you only want to disable your store temporarily, contact support for alternative options.
