Refund Policy
At Coaxlure Merchant, we are committed to providing a transparent and efficient platform for businesses. Below is our refund policy:
1. Transaction Fees are Non-Refundable – Any platform fees, payment processing fees, or transfer charges deducted from transactions cannot be refunded once a transaction is completed.
2. Customer Refunds – If a merchant processes a refund for a customer, the refunded amount will be deducted from the merchant’s balance. Coaxlure does not cover or reimburse refunds issued to customers.
3. Disputed Transactions – In case of a dispute or chargeback, Coaxlure will follow the resolution process as per the payment gateway’s policies. Merchants may be required to provide proof of transaction and service or product delivery.
4. Account-Related Refunds – If a merchant cancels their account or discontinues services, any remaining balance (excluding fees) will be settled as per our final settlement terms.
5. Technical Issues & Failed Transactions – If a transaction fails due to a system error and funds are deducted, Coaxlure will investigate and process a refund within 7-10 business days if applicable.
Important Note: Coaxlure does not entertain refunds for voluntary cancellations of services or transactions initiated by merchants.
